Branding NHS Wales recruitment campaign

Branding and web design

The Company: Folk

The Problem: Digital Health Care Wales (DHCW) are part of NHS Wales and responsible for designing and building digital services for heath and care in Wales. As part of their renewed focus on recruitment, they approached Folk to help them launch a recruitment campaign which required a name, branding, social content, and website build.

The Solution: We coined the campaign ‘Make It Count’, highlighting the contribution that staff members make to the essential function of the digital arm of NHS Wales. When designing the wordmark, I capitalised the word IT, referencing the common abbreviation for Information Technology, and built the letterforms out of dots and dashes of varying opacity to infer connection, collaboration, and impact.
